I used to promote a cam program couple years ago that allowed this and encouraged it as a tactic for making sales. You basically pretended to be a cam model and enticed someone from yahoo or ,etc. to use the join link as a tinyurl and find that model. It's a good system but nowadays they are catching on I'd assume.
