I have a question. If you're a different company altogether, why did you take on the IBill name AND then offer "stock" to those who were ripped off by the "other" owners of IBill.
A.) The "previous" owners of IBill offered a very similar incentive.
B.) Why would you offer ANY type of compensation if you had NOTHING to do with the "previous" owners?
Seems very shady to me, anyone that would trust your company would be a fool.
