He could just as easily be targeting the phrase " crack whore confessions" and sending it to another similar type site owned by another company instead of your site. There is no guarantee that you would have gotten those sales even though you seem to be so sure that you would. Bitch when people target your domains and send them to another company, don't bitch when they send them to you.
