your body doesn't "manufacture vitamins" (with the exception of the couple that it can synthesize - d, k etc.). water soluble vitamins like b's, c, a etc are broken down with and transported with water. your body will only use what it needs in that exact moment... the rest is pissed out. when you drink an energy drink that has vitamin b or take a multi vitamin (or b complex, c etc) and then piss... your piss is bright yellow because those vitamins are bright yellow and that is your body getting rid of what it doesn't need and can't use at that moment. turning around and drinking it is redundant.
further, you wouldn't be excreting them/pissing them out, if you were deficient.
drinking your piss for this reason would be no different than eating your own shit for its "nutritional benefits" and all the same backwards reasoning would apply.
