Hi, There are many to choose from. I suppose it does depend on what you are looking for?
If you would like to add affiliate areas then maybe ccbill or epoch is best to start, but otherwise, you can use NATS and the use many choices of cc billing companies.
There is a thread at present about Zombaio, it seems a low cost billing company or you can use some with set up fees.
