I can add to that and state that in 12 years of running NationalNet, we have never enforced a contract.
We do offer ssh access for those customers that want it, and we also offer dedicated servers with Cpanel, however for our fully managed servers, while we will allow a customer to have regular user ssh access, we do not offer any panels with the fully-managed servers. Once a customer sees how fast we are, the lack of a panel becomes a non-issue

I Begs to differ...you lost me due to excessive downtimes. I lost more money wit national net den any other host I ever had. Glad i switched. Not flamin not hatin just speakin da truth you guys have a ton of downtime and dats a fact
