Shoehorn posted a great example from Blockbuster to show that HE KNOWS affiliate programs don't need (or allow) affiliates to bid on their established brand and domain.

Every example you just gave is blatant fraud. Everyone knows carding is fraud. Try to have more sense. I sent you legitimate sales through a tried and true advertising stream.
The screenshot I posted was for a mainstream program that clearly defines what not to bid on when promoting them via PPC. I can post screenshots of affiliate programs that allow any keywords.
If you have outlined that you didn't accept PPC traffic it would be a different story all together. Fact is, you took my traffic and sales for several months before deciding to not pay me.
