And I know he is hurting for sales. How do I know? Because he picked my sales out, looked where they were coming from, decided he didn't like PPC campaigns for whatever reason, and stopped paying me. Any affiliate program doing a substantial amount of sales a day wouldn't be watching ever little sale to see where they could rip off an affiliate. And if they found an affiliate doing something they didn't like, they would contact them and tell them to stop, not make up some bullshit about violating their TOS, when its been proven that there was no TOS regarding PPC traffic to begin with.
