If you don't want your affiliates doing something, put it in your TOS.
Are you trying to make a point or are you just this DUMB?
If your TOS stated: YOU CAN NOT BID ON THESE TERMS there would be no issue here and everyone would be on your side...
Since you seem to want to use what other companies state in their TOS, some companies don't allow PPC marketing in their affiliate programs PERIOD.
So, are you going to stop payment on all your PPC affiliates because another company has this in their TOS?
