At this point after Shoehorn has done and said all of this and the gfy mob has joined in...I don't know if Dirty D has any incentive to pay him that money.
I just don't know. What would you do NOW in this situation? It looks like lose/lose to me.

Robbie, with all due respect, why not allow affils to bid on ppc kws with the exact name as your paysite? (Rhetorical, I know you have answered that a hundred times)
First of all only one guy gets the Google listing so the other affils promote you maybe on other engines where you have no presence.
Second, some guys doing ppc also have websites too. Fresh eyeballs left on the table by both you and Dirty D.
But your call of course.
