I watched my best friend die back in march of this year... 36 year old female (not in the biz), 5'8 135 lbs. non smoker, maybe a drink or 2 once a year. exercised and ate heathy (no red meat and takes her vitamins).
Heart attack. Artery from the brain to the heart clogged like cement.
