This is where you stated your ignorance, stating the national debt went down, went down?, it hasn't gone down, it has gone up( over a trillion dollars in less than a year ), so here's the facts, it's gone up, argue with what I stated, not what you imagined.
As far as what I stated about Clinton, he didn't do shit but make the news, the GOP took over in 94 and made things right after everyone got pissed about the way things were going.

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
