Just like with p3d0s the ones that want to "help stop it" get investigated right away. They [obviously] are trying for an excuse to view.
In over 16 years on public networks [phrased to include bbs], I have never stumbled upon see pee. So you know the people who have it, are into it and found it because of said desire.
When the sub7 trojan came out waaaay back when: "someone I know" found links to it on a church computer, when "they" went to report it the trojan was gone =/.
