the difference is very clear. a silently spoken word is activating muscles in your mouth and neck to produce certain sounds (whether audible or not) - a thought, is just a thought, which isn't using any muscles or sounds to produce and exists only in your brain.
you are attempting to extrapolate something from the article which isn't claimed.
you NEED to believe this. I don't .. because i'm not a paranoid schizophrenic personality and do not need affirmation that any delusions and delusional behavior from me are either real or justified.
