I feel like I dropped some bad acid and suffer flashbacks. The thing is my flashbacks ONLY happen when I am getting some web devo completed. Is it just me?!?!?

Fuck! I remember back in the late 90's when things were more difficult ... sites and projects SEEMED to get done more efficiently, faster. WTF

So, I am looking for a little competence. I have several web projects and a promising program that requires reliable, easy to work with developers. I am not asking for the moon, and I'm not an ass to deal with.

Any response, or referrals are appreciated.
