It's quite simple, if a program doesn't want to pay a legit affiliate then there are no rules. What's a fair way to fight back against non-paying programs? To hurt their business as much as possible.
What's a good way to avoid this? Pay affiliates that earn you money legally and legitimately. Don't want an affiliate promoting your programs a certain way? Put it in your fucking terms of service, that's the entire point of having a TOS, anything that is NOT ILLEGAL should never be assumed.
Dirty D could have simply paid Shoehorn, changed his TOS and this would all be over. Instead he wants to act like a jagoff that's invincible and that he has nothing to gain by paying money owned.
