Just got an email for a new merchant on a mainstream affiliate network. Read the email to see what they were selling that was offering 15%. Included in notification email.

Seems pretty clearly laid out. Avoids a lot of issues doesn't it?
Update the fucking terms if you have PPC restrictions, and payout the owed amount up to the notice of change.
