Fucking ridiculous. Then we did some research and found out that just about everyone was having the same issue. We waited longer than their exchange policy allowed to call them about it, and they charged us an additional $100 to swap it out for a refurbished model... pissed me off.

But now the replacement works fine. Haven't had any issues with it since.
