When I write a really pissed off post, I often try to let it sit for a few hours or overnight (especially if I'm wasted when I composed it, LOL), and then try to see if I still feel the same way the next day.

I've been screwed by biz partners before, so I empathize with you (like BVF, this is why I am pretty much an independent producer).
Anyway, I hope you obtain an equitable resolution to your situation, even though I disdain the type of content that you were creating.
One final piece of advice is that since you are considering legal action, you may want to consult a lawyer right away (and probably one based in the Tampa area, since that is probably where you will have to file your case).
Posting on a forum (the court of public opinion) is no substitute for seeking redress in a court of law (and it could even serve as fodder for your adversary in court).

i was really hurting as the income from my sites was my only income, but my father just passed away and left me a LOT of money now i probably have more coin than dirty d. i don't have to work anymore but still want revenge for how that fuckhole screwed me, and would love to get my content back. the last thing i want is for that shit bag to make three hundred k off the content he stole from me. i let him get me over a barrel and when he had me re render all my content with webwizard as the copyright "because it has to match the name on the model release" i had no idea he was setting me up to steal my content and fuck me raw. that loser told a webmaster friend of mine and his wife he fired me...what a crock of shit. he could of at least had the stones that tell em the truth. they were friends for quite a while and knew the nature of our business relationship...i was never an employee of that scumbag.
