Your getiton spot is in the right place. Put another one on the bottom of all pages. Add PPC ads on top above your videos.
Make your page longer by displaying the double amount of thumbs and on the right side below your getiton banner put some more PPC ads.
For your video page : add another 300x250 beneath the top right one. add some PPC on the bottom. and think about maybe doing INVIDEO ads ( use
http://www.eroadvertising.com for this. they have great support and a good network ).
Finaly try to get more traffic as 1500uv's is not much for that type of site.
