That's a beautiful home, but the first thing that comes to mind living in FL is I wouldn't want to open my house up to the outside like that.
Humidity + all that wood = not a good mix. Not to mention the prehistoric bugs...
Don't get me wrong, gorgeous to look at, but to live maybe is putting fashion above function in this environment.
