Guest more or less who was paying rent.
I've got text messages that I took pictures of and printed, as well as saved of her admitting guilt and saying that she would take care of it and how she did what she did. Also have a list of "do-nots" since she thought she owned the place that she signed. I can probably get the bank to get me a copy of her check she wrote us too.
I think she'll even be dumb enough to admit it in court. The girl has no direction in life but to sit around, smoke weed and pretend she works. She still owes us money for rent but I'm not even trying for that. Just want my brand new carpet repaired.
