Don't have skype...but we do stream her live every wednesday night from her site. So I have the ability to stream her just to you. In other words we could have her onscreen naked and you on the phone with her asking questions of her and she would answer live onscreen.
I have a great setup here that we use with full lighting and a wireless headset so the audio is perfect as well. Get with me on ICQ later today and I'll hash it out and get you a user/pass to do the site review with and then we could set up a date and time for the live interview too and get the logistics in place. My icq is 623327. I'm headed to the gym and then to the bank and some other things. But I'll be around most of the evening working online
