Just got some info back.
Basically, they're sending a letter to the defendant now to see if she agrees. If not, cant do anything. If so, we'll go from there.
If the show is aired, we do get money, just did not find out how much. The girlfriend spoke to her, not me.
So we wait...I hate waiting!
