What this douche-bag fails to comprehend is that if he didn't shoot the content himself, and doesn't personally own the copyright on the content, then he does not have the right to use said content. This is what allows me to sue him, and win!
And there is no "fair use" argument. If you haven't gotten permission from the copyright holder to use the content, you don't have permission to use the content.
