If we only conduct business with those who have IQ's above average, we would have problems. Who would be casting news on Fox, dancing with the stars, or voting on bills? And who would have any money to buy Dallas Cowboys hats? World economies and all.
Statistically speaking, remember, 50% of the population is below average. The real question is how far below average. The law protects the incapable not the stupid. If she has contractual capacity, you're in. The doctor seems to think so but you may want to investigate further. Now that I think about it, see a lawyer. Or flip a coin.
Either way she sounds as smart or smarter than many of the other girls, and she knows what she wants. That puts her ahead of the crowd. Or she could be some kind of savant, like Rainman. Good luck with your decision.
