Knowing someone at a show is a "good guy" means nothing.
Are they good because they did not rape or murder anyone with you or that they talked to you while you were drinking?
Dirty D is a thief and if shoehorn wants to take the money he gets and donates it in his name to get the write off its his business to do so.
