Hey Danielle, There are plenty of active solo sites, Just too not many that meet your specific requirements as far as I've seen. Many do members chats at a slower clip and sell private shows as well. Many programs do let affiliates create their own promo.
I can't think of many that meet both now, You have Naughty Bank etc above, Love Gisele did I think, maybe the other iheartbucks girls do?

All that stuff aside, I make sologirl sales with Spunky Cash all the time, they have great tools.
