Just go to Ratchada strip. Those karaoke joints for the locals ain't cheap. Most of the foreigners think they are super rich coz normally they hang out in Nana and Cowboy where poor girls goes to work. Complain a lot of 150 bath ladies drinks. Try going to Ratchada area where the locals go and you will surely be shocked how those rich Thai businessman parties.
Most of the rich Thais love to send the kids to study abroad like Australia and UK. Their English is good and very cultured. If you do not want to have bad impression about Thai girls, go get a Thai girl who work as a lawyer or some other decent jobs. But most likely you are going to get frustrated for not getting close.
