I think Moniker would be a good choice if only they would install 24-7 live support ...( I cant figure why they dont other than to save $$$$ as they are not a mom and pop outfit )

They were aware of it, and the problem was fixed. Do you think when they have a full company outage they don't know? So would a ton of people calling support fix the issue? It wasn't one persons domains it was everything down. It was fixed after a short time.
