The answer is there are no laws. The major tubes pirate content to procure traffic. They're "major" tubes because they do this -- steal. Surfers don't give a shit about legal tubes, cause legal tubes are not giving away the entire movie -- because they either own it, or license it.

Tube 8 and the rest of their ilk provide free content to the end user, who now not only is spoiled with great, free content...but will be less likely to ever cough up money for content ever again.

TGP's and MGP's and all the rest were NEVER like this -- ever. Comparing them to Tubes is apples and oranges.

And we support them by not doing a thing to stop it - except blah blah blah...talk talk talk about it and do nothing.
