We have both the co-branded (.lsl.com) and the whitelabel (own domain) options.
The payout on both whitelabels and co-brands is very simple:
up to 25% lifetime revshare on anybody (except someone you referred to our official site via a Pay-Per-Signup link)
Tracking is domain based (db) instead of cookies
+the usual webmaster and cam model referral (two tier, up to 36% commission)
