It's way to hard to get that tower list for Cell triangulation. You can also use google gears but it's not that accurate and needs to me installed on the phone. Same goes with the rest of the phones, a small app needs to be installed.

So why build you ow if you gonna have to install it anyway. For windows mobile this is what I use.
