as long as this board is filled with outsourced sig whores and contest posters that have 10,000 posts, it makes no sense to ban someone that is actually an adult webmaster but just slightly deranged sometimes from alcohol abuse
so if you see it that way i vote for anarchy - but i would know like 100 people that would deserve a banning in that case too.
