you right, i can tend to be too intense.
But it is funny, this whole thread consists of 95% "one liner" posts from people. The people saying " it's stupid" and the people saying "it's great, he will do well." I am one of the few actually offering a lot of suggestions on what he could do to make it better and I am the one being " disciplined " for being too this or that doing something wrong.
that is just fucked up. but par for the course around here. I should just join the masses of one liners, and just say " good job" or "something sucks" so I don't get called out.
no good deed goes unpunished. I do appreciate the comments, they made me realize, people really don't give a shit what I am saying and I just wasting my time here. And if they do want to know what I think I should charge them for it. thanks
