for anyone to say a site is perfect would be like flashing a moron sign on your head - all good sites evolve in ways some can see and some you can't see.
the only way to know if a site is good or not is testing.
a ton of the design comment are person taste issues and not really relevant. some are good though.
for people to say it's horrible without knowing any testing honestly says a LOT about them. Pretty much says they are a total moron. I'm laughing my head off today at just how stupid many are. Also i'm seeing a lot of good ideas I plan to implement too though as well.
Some sites work in some places and not in others so one person not getting sales really isn't a definitive answer. I could never make any real money from cams - others made piles.
I've never put any weight into conversion ratios - they are a million ways to fuck with them so the end of day it's just - did you make money with it? I'll try to not engage in those conversations.
you're absolutly right on the idea that no one knows if this will work, including me. these same people would say sleazydream or ultrawired sex wouldn't work yet both made millions....
i got a lot of what i'm looking for from this thread and am happy.
bottem line is, as long as I can pay the bills with this and ENJOY working with it - I'm good! I'll scale it as far as I can. I like the concept and as long as some surfers do and a few pay i'm good.
I do have a lot of haters and jealous people, this thread makes that very obvious. It's not just critique - but raw shear HATRED from many...These same people would shit on a lottery site that guaranteed winning numbers and worked lol-
Secret testing would come out here anyway with the stalkers I have so i might as well do it myself.
i weighed the idea of launching or not - i said I'd release the site name wed - if i didn't they would have shit on me for that too. Hoping for visa any day now.....
