They are in a near death experience and you expect them to come out like Rambo with a bow and arrow or something? This isn't Hollywood, these are young kids who have their whole lives ahead of them. I have a few friends over in Iraq and Afghan, one of which whose wife is actually giving birth to his first child within the next 2 days. Your lack of respect for the sacrifice all our troops are making for us is sickening.
