And just for fun... here's a suggestion

If you're trying to add a new word or phrase or whatever "yessignals" is to our language, I would take at your definition:

YesSignals [yes-sig-nls] noun, adjective.
-Noun
(left out, not relevant to this post)

-Adjective
1. How a woman uses subconscious flirting body language to pickup men.

I think you may be confusing "adjective" with "adverb." You may wish to rethink this as it's the first thing on your home page. Or enlist the help of a skilled English speaker

adjective /'ĉdʒɪktɪv/
* An adjective is a word such as `big', `dead', or `financial' that describes a person or thing, or gives extra information about them. Adjectives usually come before nouns or after link verbs.

adverb /'ĉdvɜːʳb/
* An adverb is a word such as `slowly', `now', `very', `politically', or `fortunately' which adds information about the action, event, or situation mentioned in a clause. N-COUNT grammar
