It's filtered then...but you're sending it to wrong target. if they are searching for a specific pornstar name and you're seeing traffic, my advice is to send it to that particular pornstar site (if they have one) or a site that has many scenes on the individual.
sending to a huge network is giving them too many "outs" not to buy, if it was value traffic i'd send there or traffic that wants particular scenes/themes. pornstar traffic converts well (looks like you may know this already with what you are doing)
i actually did the same thing this week as you did, wasted alot of traffic but it proved my theory i took a sponsor i convert with seo traffic on 1:90 and threw at it teen traffic...500k+ raw (230k on monday) it converted horribly and this was my best conversion ratio based sponsor also...so it really isn't the program or site, it's the traffic
sending filtered traffic to a giant network is diluting it.
