I agree with you about Dirty D, but not about Jenni, and here is why...
Jenni is not an employee of Dirty D. He is a client.
Advisors are paid to provide good advice, and do the best they can on behalf of their clients, but in the end, each client makes the final decision as to how they wish to handle specific situations.
Whether Jenni provided what I think is good or bad advice, I don't know, as I am not privy to what they discussed.
However, as an owner of a few businesses, I can tell you, that ultimately I make all of the major decisions affecting my companies.
By the time Dirty D took his "cruise", his business/reputation was already in a state of crisis - whatever occurred subsequent to that is solely his responsibility.
I do agree with you that some public statement from Dirty D is in order...
