                                                I have no problem with the thread being pulled.

                                                The original issue of the upaid proven debt, has been resolved. Dirty D wrongly believed Shoehorn had cheated him but had actually cheated himself by being too cheap to get his TOS sales done properly, and by mis-judging or ignoring the weight of opinion of his peers and the damage he would do to his own business by failing to pay out. He took a stand on a principle, and didn't know when to back down, and it has cost him big time. Now he has, and I would hope he has also revised his TOS, and all should be normal now.

                                                All of the other side issues that compounded the popularity and longevity of this thread are unrelated and if he has any question to answer there it's the responsibility of the people concerned to proceed against him in the appropriate places.....which is not here in a thread about not paying affiliates.

                                                                                                                    Advisors are paid to provide good advice, and do the best they can on behalf of their clients, but in the end, each client makes the final decision as to how they wish to handle specific situations.

                                                                                                                    Whether Jenni provided what I think is good or bad advice, I don't know, as I am not privy to what they discussed.

                                                                                                                    However, as an owner of a few businesses, I can tell you, that ultimately I make all of the major decisions affecting my companies.

                                                                                                                    By the time Dirty D took his "cruise", his business/reputation was already in a state of crisis - whatever occurred subsequent to that is solely his responsibility.
