Owning a person in Florida has been illegal for over 100 years, so that's not the point...
The issue is whether Jenni is an employee or contractor (I have both employees and contractors, so I can tell you that there is a big difference between the two).
Earlier in this thread Jenni stated that she was not an employee of HIGR.
However, Whore Monger stated that she is an employee.
When I looked up PR Kitty on WHOIS, Dirty D is listed, not Jenni.
I also located this info in a Press Release from HIGR dated 3/1/07:

The statements above are possibly open to interpretation, but they give the impression that Dirty D absorbed PR Kitty into his business, and that Jenni is more than simply an independent contractor.
Perhaps Jenni can provide some clarification.
