Our greatest success story is one client that signed up when he was doing blogs. He had good traffic and he had just started a tubesite. I was able to give him some advice that he took and ran with. Instead of being a pirate, he bought and licensed his content and held most of his vids to less than 5 minutes. He increased his traffic and within 2 yrs, he sold his site for a high six figures profit.
If he kept down his path he probably would still be responding to DMCAs
