They have already been named Monopolies, they clearly control the Industry. Like all phone companies, most major Internet companies, Airlines, and many other Industries.
This isn't a gift to anyone, the Insurance companies already had everything in this bill. And if they didn't spell it out, then people would be going off about that, instead of them spelling it out.
Of course it's for profit... what moron business/country would run it at a loss? Other than in America?
