Most men in the U.S know where to find one due the net, they all know about usasexguide and theeroticreview etc which makes it safer for them because they aren't likely to get ripped off plus they can read reviews about the girls. I am guessing a very large percentage of men have used one or went to the massage parlor.
Funny story: my friend met a random guy on-line. She was bored so she googled his nickname and it turns out he has like 10 reviews he wrote for TheEroticReview which he later admitted to.
