Someone in the office gave me a copy of Email Stats (
www.EmailStats.com) its pretty good ,I like the fact I can see if the person has opened my email (good to know if the mail is important) and what they click in my domain newsletters etc....
I also switched from Window Xp to Linux (
www.Ubuntu.com ) best move I ever made...small learning curve but well worth it.
