This confused me the first time also, but perhaps a little clarification will help you too. You do not get an actual amount deposited to your bank account like what happens with paypal. The money they hit your bank card with shows as a
pending transaction. I had to call the number on THE BACK OF MY BANK CARD (NOT THE ACTUAL BANK) to get the
pending amount to enter into the verification form on Epassporte.
