As a call center owner I do not find this project interesting. Its not really enough work for one person, yet in order to cover the 24 hours I would have to hire 3, AND find something else for them to do when YOUR customers are NOT calling, but something that doesn't take so much focus that they could still answer your calls reasonably quickly.

What you need at this point is a secretary, and an answering machine. Look for a call center when the project requires more manpower than you can manage.
So, what would be your advice and how much do you think I should pay?
