I'm sorry, I meant... new to american society and it's already very well accounted for experiment in prohibition of drugs in the form of prohibition of alcohol, the results of that are well accounted for and show pretty much exactly the same results as our "war on drugs" show today for these types of drugs. But hey! its' not happening in our country this time so fuck it... lets just look at these guys as savages for doing what we already did....
