2Robert Day: perhaps you're too young and you don't know the story of sex.com, when Cohen was trying to sue everyone who used word "sex" in the domain name. Of course he lose all those cases because "sex" is just a word and it can't be copyrighted. So if some one has named his site "bestsex.com", it doesn't mean that he's ripping sex.com. Thus here is my advice, son: learn the story and get smarter.
